Auto Repair in Windsor

I have a 1990 Mustang and not many repair shops have the personnel nowadays with the knowledge to perform standard repairs on an older vehicle. Im fortunate Drive Rite is close to home and has provided excellent service.

Have been using Drive Rite for many years and will continue to do so. Staff is wonderful and always makes sure your problem is fully understood so when sent out to the mechanics there is no misunderstanding what needs to be done. The work performed has always been professional and correct and I have never had to return due to problem reoccurring. If you ever need vehicle repaired go to Drive Rite.

Excellent communication with the front desk staff! Tricky intermittent check engine light required several conversations, and creation of a plan of what to do if warning light comes back on. Very happy customer.

alright...Hari is a great guy and he took my R.V. and smogged it then did a service on it. to say this shop is thorough is an understatement, I am not looking at it but the task sheet had more than 40 items on it...regular lube oil and filter with a brake check is something I have been satisfied with in the past, no more!! me and my wife should be safe going down the road and I now 100% trust that we are!! we had some back and forth for pickup but having worked with me and everything he talked with me he would mention a detail on the rig or something that needed work or stuff like that, he acted like he was doing the work on it, he was sharp and just by the stuff he said, I knew he ran a well supervised operation. he and his staff are great.

I called Drive Rite on a Monday afternoon and spoke to Hari, the owner. We had experienced an air leak in our motorhomes air system. Hari said to bring it right in. Hari explained what they would do and keep us informed. Two days later Hari called, unfortunately they were not able to repair the air leak because of the size of the motorhome and did not have the right equipment. Haris information and kindness were outstanding, as well as the other staff I interacted with. I highly recommend Drive Rite, but our RV is too big and exceeds their weight capacity. That said, I will consider Drive Rite for my auto service in the future. Thank you Hari, look forward to using you for auto service.
